I cook with meaning and warmth
For me, cooking is my tribute to Mariupol and my family—a way to keep warm memories alive and share them with everyone who sits at the table.
I’m classically trained and internationally refined
I learned and cooked at Mariupol Culinary College, and later during internships in Naples, Italy, and Dortmund, Germany, where I strengthened my technique and deepened my respect for honest, from-scratch food.
I host you like a guest in my own home
My secret in the kitchen is simple: I cook as if welcoming guests into my own home, with care, generosity, and dishes made to be shared.
